What is the EQ 360 Assessment?

The EQ 360 is designed to assess an individual’s performance based on feedback from the individual and their manager, direct reports, peers, family and friends. This creates a comprehensive 360 degree view of their emotional and social functioning.

This assessment is ideal for:
