Where do you offer your training programs and services?
Our head office is located in Toronto, Canada, but we also have consultants across the US and Europe. We deliver training programs around the world, including North America, Central and South America, Europe and the Middle East. We also offer online training and virtual services.
How many people can attend a training program?
This varies according to organizational preferences and requirements. Our facilitators work with large and small groups, across every organizational level.
How are training costs determined?
Our pricing structure is based on the scope and duration of the program, the number of participants and the requirements for content development. Our pricing includes world-class facilitators and services, as well as superior materials, tools and resources. The quality we offer affirms the value of our training and its return on investment.
How long has Corporate Class been in business?
We opened our doors in 1984. As one of the largest companies in our industry, and with global recognition, we provide leadership training and services for multi-national and multi-billion dollar organizations. We can provide references and testimonials from executives across a wide spectrum of industries.
What is the Corporate Class Training System?
The system is structured across multiple tiers that encourage advancement through three stages of development – from Executive Presence to Leadership Presence, and ultimately to, Board Presence, the highest level. Our content is based on best practices modules, versus theories, all with immediate application, and customized according to organizational goals, and the level of participants, from new, emerging leaders to C-Level, and Boards of Directors.
Does Corporate Class have an executive assessment program?

We offer a combination of assessment tools, exclusively developed for Corporate Class, including a Self-Assessment Report. The CCI EP360°™ Report is a unique assessment tool, developed by Corporate Class and only available to our clients. We provide an optional package of confidential debriefing sessions that accompanies the CCI EP360°™ to support our comprehensive 3-Stage Assessment process.

What kind of follow-up activities do you recommend after a workshop?

What is your refund policy?

Should the dates no longer work for you after registration for any reason, you may transfer your attendance to another date of the same workshop at no extra cost.

For refunds, please see the schedule below:

  • With more than 30 days before the start date: Full refund, less a 15% admin fee
  • 30 days before the start date: Full refund, less a 20% admin fee
  • Two weeks: Full refund, less a 25% admin fee
  • One week: Full refund, less a 35% admin fee
 
Can I get a receipt or invoice for work expenses?
Are the workshops recorded?

No, unless the program calls for it like our Presentation Skills Training workshop

What platform do you use for workshops?

Zoom

Can your workshops be delivered in another language?

While our organization is multilingual, we currently only deliver in English

Do I get a certificate after the workshop?

Yes! You will receive a badge to display on your LinkedIn profile, resume, website, etc. for the following programs:

Is there pre-work or handouts? When will I receive it?

Yes! We typically like to send any pre-work or handouts/manuals a week to a few days before the workshop so that it doesn’t get lost in your inbox
