We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.   If you should find that the dates no longer work for you after registration, we have 2 simple options:

1. You may transfer your attendance to another date of the same workshop at no extra cost.
2. Ask for a refund.  Note that the following administration fees will be applied:
   1. More than 15 business days from the course start date:  15% of registration costs paid.
   2. 15 business days or less from the course start date:  30% of registration costs paid.

To assist even more.  We provide will also provide a gift certificate* for the value of any administration fees applied.  

*Gift certificates may be redeemed on any Corporate Class workshop, are non-transferable, and expire 1-year from the date of issue.
