Earning Criteria

  • Through a highly interactive 2 day workshop, participants developed new ways of communicating and leading with confidence and authenticity. They had the opportunity to practice, discuss and reflect on their learning experience. They learned the four key pillars that stood as the foundation; of Leadership and Executive Presence. They built an action commitment plan for sustainability and continued growth.
  • The recipient ‘s responses to this test generated a report that describes how he/she is most likely to impress and influence others. This is all about what distinct values are and how you express them. Using this report, the recipient developed a compelling brand statement.
  • The recipient completed a self-inventory to identify leadership and negotiation styles, and learned how they align with the political climate of the organization.
  • Participants prepared a presentation that included crafting a compelling message, rehearsing effectively and speaking with confidence. The recipient was videotaped and received feedback from facilitator and peers.
