From C-Suite and senior executives to new professionals, CCI’s strategic coaching, mentoring and training provide a stimulus for advancement. Every program integrates organizational goals with individual competencies to accelerate advancement at each stage of corporate life. The nucleus of CCI’s training aligns academic and technical expertise with professional potential.
Diane holds a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute. Her facilitation methods utilize its scientific, brain-based coaching techniques that combine the science of the brain, neuroscience, with leadership. This impacts team dynamics and interactions to drive individual performance.
“Today, the expressions ‘executive presence’ and ‘leadership presence’ are used interchangeably. The foundation of our training combines academic credentials, technical proficiency and professional expertise – to elevate ambitious leaders and fine-tune their leadership skills.
By facilitating our goal to define and refine personal strengths in combination with neuroleadership techniques, we prepare individuals to develop authentic presence.”
An acclaimed speaker, in March 2019, Diane was the guest of the Embassy of Canada in Kuwait, in collaboration with Canada’ s Business Women in International Trade (BWIT) during a special Women’s Empowerment event in Kuwait City that marked International Women’s Day. In addition to international corporate workshops and presentations, CCI facilitates leadership training at university business schools: Richard Ivey School of Business, McMaster University; Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto; and Schulich School of Business, York University.
