Leadership Presence 2-Day Workshop
“There’s a tendency to equate leadership with command…yet leadership comes in many forms.”
— Katherine Kelley Reardon, The Secret Handshake
Leadership Presence: Effective Leadership Training
What are the characteristics of a leader? In today’s competitive business environment, organizations are challenged daily to exceed expectations and redefine goals. At Corporate Class Inc., we believe in the power of Leadership Presence training – the development of both human capital and peak leadership performance – to enhance an organization’s ability to actively address these challenges and deliver results. Discover the difference between what makes a good leader and what makes a great leader.
Our approach is to partner with an organization to improve leadership skills. We utilize an extensive range of preeminent assessment tools as an essential step to identify high-potential team members. CCI helps organizations measure and evaluate these individuals. Following an initial evaluation process and report, designated Workshop participants receive ongoing assessments and coaching during our training.
At CCI, we address Leadership Presence training with a well-defined perspective. We think of executives and high-potentials as corporate-athletes who should be developed, encouraged and coached, as athletes are, to perform at peak levels and achieve personal, team and organizational success. As part of our process we identify “C-Suite Olympians” – the stars in an organization – with the potential to develop into genuine leaders.
CCI works with every organization to tailor content materials. Our focus is to enhance personal performance within the framework of an organization. Training comprises over 45-years of Harvard-based leadership-performance research in combination with content developed by West Point Military Academy, and our specialized Power Coaching.
Two Key Stages
- Stage I Intensive Group Training
- Stage II Sustainability Program
Stage I Intensive Group Training: During our 2-Day Workshop we provide interactive sessions to deliver the Five Core Concepts of Leadership Development. Our facilitators are seasoned leaders at managing complex team dynamics.
Limited to 15 participants currently managing a minimum of 3 direct reports.
The Five Core Concepts of CCI’s Leadership Presence
1. Emotional Intelligence
The foundation for making better, more strategic business decisions – scientifically proven to make the difference between average performers and exceptional performers.
— Daniel Goleman, author and psychologist, internationally acclaimed for his book Emotional Intelligence
2. Motives and Values
The fundamentals of how and when people do, what they do. For leaders, it’s imperative to bring out what intrinsically drives them, in order to access their undiscovered or under-utilized potential.
3. Leadership Styles
The patterns of behavior people use across the full range of everyday leadership situations – to influence and impact levels of motivation and productivity with their team.
4. Organizational Climate
The atmosphere of a workplace, how it “feels”. The type of climate the leader creates within working groups and teams has a direct correlation on discretionary effort – and ultimately, the bottom line.
5. Goal Setting
Our approach addresses three critical categories mandatory to translate vision into reality:
- Outcome Goals: Focus on long-term vision and end-results
- Process Goals: Specify the actions required to achieve outcome goals
- Performance Goals: Emphasize improvement relative to past performance
Stage II Sustainability Program: We apply our Power Coaching techniques for in-depth examination of each of the Five Core Concepts. The format combines small-scale group sessions via live call-ins with private, individual coaching.
9-Month Sustainability Program
$550.00 USD per Participant
Participants are closely monitored throughout this process to both optimize their leadership qualities and apprise the organization of talent investment opportunities.
Sustainability Program using Power Coaching techniques
Our approach is forward thinking, proactive and assertive. We focus on behaviors, versus individuals. This creates an optimistic dynamic to promote performance, growth and goal achievement.
Leaders need to be developed and supported in their roles to be effective, strive for personal performance, stimulate peak team performance and aim for the next plateau.
