Sonja Mustiful is a highly respected executive coach and leadership consultant with over 15 years of experience helping organizations and leaders excel. As Founder and Principal of Essence of Coaching, Sonja partners with clients across various industries—including business services, financial services, healthcare, technology, and non-profits—to

Professional Background
Sonja holds a Master’s in Human Resources (MHR) and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). With certifications in Emergenetics and Crucial Conversations facilitation, she helps teams communicate openly and develop shared understanding. She is also the author of Aim High. Ask Why., a guide to purposeful career advancement and alignment with organizational goals.
