With 10 years of experience, she is in charge of overseeing the management of every department, including purchasing, sales, onboarding and training, as well as management of staff, vendors, clients, and with her analytical insight, maintain the company’s KPI and industry trends

Michelle Yuen
Michelle Yuen oversees the daily processes of Corporate Class Inc. as the Director of Operations. She is in charge of managing the operations of every department, including purchasing, sales and onboarding, as well as management of staff, vendors and clients.
With a passion for growth, Michelle is an advocate for pushing the limit. Meaningful change is uncomfortable and should be impactful. A relationship and community builder by nature, she volunteers her time with various clothing and food drives in her neighbourhood.
Prior to her operations career, Michelle worked as an Executive Assistant and Website Administrator. She is a graduate of the Business Administration program at York University.
Experienced in cash management, Michelle is meticulous in effectively tracking revenues and expenditures. With her calm, analytical perspective, Michelle works to deliver results in a timely manner and her approach is solutions-based.
Often the point of entry for enquires from a diverse range of international clients, Michelle is fully apprised of all Workshops, Programs and Courses, including enrolment procedures. As the first line of communications for many online requests for information, she is fully conversant with all CCI offerings.
Prior to her operations career, Michelle worked as an Executive Assistant and Website Administrator. She is known for her consistent attention to detail and ability to remain unfazed during multi-tasking situations.
