Denis St-Amour
Denis is past President & CEO of the Cyberne Group, an organization specializing in Strategic Advisory Services, Human Resource consulting, with its main focus in the areas of Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Strategic Visioning, Performance Improvement, Transition & Change Consulting, and Conflict Resolution.
Denis is past President of Drake Beam Morin Inc. “CEO Coaching & Transition Division” for North America, headquartered out of New York. “CEO” was the largest and leading C-Suite coaching service In North America. Prior to this Denis was President of DBM’s -Canadian operations, a firm providing international career transition, training, coaching and change management consulting. Denis was a member of their global Executive committee & North American Advisory Board. At the time DBM had 250 offices in 52 Countries. In addition, Denis led several Mergers & Acquisitions & successful Integrations/blending in, for the organization.
Denis served 3 mandates as President & CEO of Health Partners Canada, Int. (HPIC). “Delivering Health and Hope.” In this capacity Denis both stabilized and lead the organization on a strategic plan to grow the organization for greater Impact, enabling HPIC to serve a broader developing world community in ever increasing need. HPIC helped to positively Impact the lives of apx.one million people directly in 50 Countries annually, “Believing health brings hope and hope being the Catalyst to Opportunity.”
Denis Is past Global Chair ( 2004/2010) of the World Vision International Board, one of the largest Global NGO’s, 40,000 employees, revenues of appx. $3Billion with offices in 97 Countries and operates in over 100 countries. Other Boards and involvement have been, Past-President of The Canadian Club of Montreal (a national speakers forum for political and business leaders), and past member of the Board of Le Roc-“Helping Troubled Street Youth”, and the Montreal Arts Council. Currently, Denis is the Board Chair of Redeemer University and Board Member of NAP.
