Inthida Ngeth
Inthida Ngeth is a corporate executive who brings her reputation as an innovative leader to her Associate role at CCI. Having managed and developed many diverse high-performing teams, Inthida brings a differentiated perspective to leadership development and training with her breadth of hands-on experiences. With a deep passion for empowering others to step into their full potential, Inthida has worked extensively with private coaching clients of various professional backgrounds, across North America and Europe, to help them succeed in their career and achieve their goals. Inthida has also delivered many Leadership Presence training programs at various Universities to post-graduate students. She is fully fluent in French.
Inthida has over 15 years of experience across various sectors and multiple disciplines. As a passionate connector, Inthida thrives on bringing vision, ideas, and people together to create new potential. She has worn many different hats (Strategy, Marketing, Product, Operations, Business Development) and has led organizations and teams to exceptional growth, by leveraging her unique background to deliver impactful results and create award-winning customer-first solutions and services.
With a strong interest in new technology and enabling start-ups, Inthida acts as a frequent coach and mentor for youth entrepreneurs. She also serves as an Advisor for a portfolio of emerging start-ups through her Strategic Advisory role with MT> Ventures, a division of McCarthy Tetrault.
Inthida is also the Senior Vice President of NAAAP (North American Association of Asian Professionals) for the Toronto chapter, where she is an active champion for diversity and inclusion, and the advancement of women in leadership.
She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science, Science and Business, from the University of Waterloo.
