Great leaders know how to keep their presentations tight. What does that mean? How do they do it?
Great leaders know that to be concise means answering the following vital questions early on: in their presentation: why, what, who, when, where and how. Then, they follow up with only the evidence that supports their vital points. They don’t add anything peripheral which would dilute their message.
