It’s a fact of corporate life that some teams stand out to surpass expectations, while others stumble and must scramble to keep up. Our Leadership Skills Development Workshop takes Team Leaders through the methodology of understanding what’s essential to inspire and influence their own team’s members.
The focus of this 2-Day Workshop, exclusively for Team Leaders, is developing the skills and expertise to lead their teams to greater success. We explore the leadership styles and types of leadership that boost team performance and productivity. This is the second level of Leadership Skills and Executive Presence training. Participants benefit from previous Corporate Class Inc. Workshop attendance, although some exceptions may apply based on experience and seniority.

What are the characteristics of a leader? In today’s competitive business environment, organizations are challenged daily to exceed expectations and redefine goals. At Corporate Class Inc., we recognize that targeted Leadership Development makes the difference between what makes a good leader and what makes a great leader.
We address Leadership Skills Development training with a well-defined perspective. We think of high-potentials as corporate-athletes who should be developed, encouraged and coached, as athletes are, to perform at peak levels and achieve personal, team and organizational success. As part of our process we identify “C-Suite Olympians” – the stars in an organization – with the potential to develop into genuine leaders.
Training comprises over 45-years of Harvard-based leadership-performance research in combination with content developed by West Point Military Academy, and our specialized Power Coaching.

- Stage II Sustainability Program
Stage I Intensive Group Training: During our 2-Day Workshop we provide interactive sessions to deliver the Five Core Concepts of Leadership Development. Our facilitators are seasoned leaders, adept at managing complex team dynamics.
Limited to 15 participants.
OPTIONAL SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM
Leaders need to be developed and supported in their roles to be effective, strive for personal performance, stimulate peak team performance and aim for the next plateau.
Using Power Coaching techniques, our approach is forward thinking, proactive and assertive. We focus on behaviors, versus individuals. This creates an optimistic dynamic to promote performance, growth and goal achievement.
The format combines small-scale group sessions via live call-ins with private, individual coaching for an in-depth examination of each of the Five Core Concepts.
Participants are closely monitored throughout this process to both optimize their leadership qualities and inform the organization of talent investment opportunities.
