Diversity & Inclusion: Consultancy and Training
Corporate Class Inc. provides Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), consulting and training. We work with senior leaders within an organization to get a sense of current state and to help leaders understand the existing baseline. We offer context and industry benchmarks—where organizations could, or should be.
Strategies for Goal Achievement
We identify strategies for what can be done both short and long-term in order to create a road map, while keeping in mind resources and other challenges the organization may face. This requires understanding leadership team goals and priorities.
During this process, we help the team better understand how Diversity and Inclusion can improve both their ROI and bottom line.

Strategies to Improve Culture and Retain a Diverse Talent Pipeline
We work to develop strategies and actions that improve the culture within an organization to enhance equity and diversity in meaningful ways—beyond traditional models of simply ticking the right box.
Although Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) may help people feel good, they are often not enough to shift culture and mindsets. We help organizations structure tailored initiatives and programs to both attract and retain a strong, diverse talent pipeline. Most importantly, we can help you build company cultures where people feel a sense of belonging.
Intention to Implementation
Leaders often tout the importance of D&I. Policies are created and employee resource groups put in place. Despite the best intentions, a high proportion of these organizations, although working toward compliance, maintain a singular culture and fall short of genuine Inclusion.
Although D&I are expressions sometimes used interchangeably, they mean different things in different contexts. Harvard Business School’s, Boris Groysberg, explains:
When organizations want to attract the very best talent and expand their market share, they must recognize that Diversity and Inclusion fuel innovation.
How Will Your Organization Ensure a Competitive Advantage?
Today, the world is a different place than a mere decade ago. How will your organization prepare itself, your talent pipeline and organizational structure to ensure a competitive advantage that embodies a global mindset?
Over the next decade, the world will continue to be even more interconnected. With more diverse workforces and marketplaces, organizations need to rethink their management, leadership and organizational strategies to remain innovative.
Attract and Retain Top Talent
Leaders require an advanced, integrated approach to develop environments that are welcoming, diverse and inclusive.
When organizations effectively leverage the intersectionality of individuals as a key resource, they build employee engagement and “skin in the game.” This has a huge impact that results in defining the organization as an employer of choice, with enhanced ability to attract and retain excellent talent.
Leaders must ask themselves…
- Does our organization have a D&I strategy?
- Is it effective?
- What benchmarks has our organization set?
- What are the measurable outcomes of these benchmarks?
- How has our current strategy—or lack of—impacted the organization’s ROI?
- Is our D&I strategy integrated?
- Do our efforts support organizational goals to ensure our strategies positively impact our key performance indicators?
- How do people feel once they join our company?
Leaders Under Pressure
In addition to dealing with how the changing global landscape impacts their bottom line, leaders are under intense pressure to:
- Achieve returns for shareholders
- Provide reports to boards
- Grapple with the impact of the latest technology
Although well intentioned about creating truly integrated plans for Diversity and Inclusion, leaders often underestimate what’s required. They may lack the capacity to take on the assessment process, or to establish strategies mandatory for organizations to lead, thrive and grow in this new workplace environment.
