Message from Our President and Founder, Diane Craig
We have come a long way since I founded my business over 30 years ago and began consulting within North America’s business, government and political sectors. Our portfolio of global clients has expanded dramatically.
Today, we provide Executive Presence and Leadership Development training to clients around the world. From Europe to the Gulf Region and across the Americas – North, Central and South – we deliver customized Workshops and Seminars to clients at their headquarters, meetings and conferences.
In 2012 we introduced our Licensee Program, designed exclusively for professional consultants to qualify as Executive Presence System Coaches. In 2014, we expanded train-the-trainers to include our Certification Program, specifically designed for HR professionals, consultants and coaches. We offer both Licensee and Certification Programs to Corporations and individuals, some of whom have joined our team as Associates and Consultants.
Since the earliest days of professional business training, we’ve participated in its evolution and we’ve witnessed profound changes – notably, the expanded spectrum of people across every organizational level who aspire to advancement through Executive Presence and Leadership Development training.
Although diverse, our extensive range of clients shares a singular mindset: The importance of training from C-Suite, to senior and middle management and new professionals. The role of Corporate Class is mentoring these leaders, key management and up-and-comers with customized training that aligns academic and technical expertise with individual, professional potential. We focus on integrating personal competencies with organizational goals. Everyone wins, employer and employee.
