John’s role as Director Business Development is to guide clients through the process of assessing their professional development requirements, challenges and goals. His insightful knowledge ensures clients receive a comprehensive introduction to training considerations that suit their objectives and needs. John recognizes the importance of identifying goals. This is the first stage of guiding clients through the process of creating and designing customized programs to achieve the greatest returns on investment, engagement and sustainable results. Well-versed in the unique requirements of each organizational level, John provides clarity on how to select and optimize training according to participant level.
Over the past 20 years, John has worked as Director of National Accounts and Account Executive within the client-focused apparel service sector. His experience covers an extensive range of industries: technology, manufacturing, hospitality, education, health and fitness. From corporations and institutions to government departments and agencies, John’s clients include: PepsiCo, Loblaw, Air Canada, Purolator, PetroCan.
Prior to joining the Toronto-based Unisync Group, John spent 15 years with Cintas Corporation, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio and recognized as North America’s largest corporate identity provider.
His expertise at identifying each client’s unique needs, coupled with an understanding of how professional development plays a meaningful role at every corporate level generates enhanced results for organizations.
