Sandra Corelli is a seasoned leader with over 18 years’ experience as a talent specialist and culture strategist.
Prior to her appointment as Vice President in 2018, Sandra was a senior HR leader at a multinational financial institution, where she was accountable for delivering strategic HR initiatives. Throughout a 12-year period, Sandra was at the helm of creating and delivering its HR programs, integrated with business objectives, to drive performance and growth. She established a reputation for building cultures of far-reaching employee engagement to consistently achieve organizational goals.
Sandra is a compelling speaker, expert at conveying clear, insightful messages that steer results. Her ability to motivate and inspire spans the entire corporate spectrum – from leading teams and advising senior executives, to connecting with client groups.
She is a professional coach and facilitator, adept at identifying the nuanced signals of an individual’s skill sets – to propel people to address, evolve, and reach their potential. As a complement to these skills, Sandra is uniquely qualified as a specialist in the emerging field of corporate well-being, notably, initiatives for leaders and teams. Sandra’s HR expertise extends to: large-scale change leadership; diversity and inclusion; leadership development and onboarding; strategic planning and talent management; workforce and succession planning. Her industry experience includes Financial Services, Manufacturing and Municipal government.
Her early recognition of the significance of well-being in the corporate workplace encouraged Sandra to pursue accreditation; she is the recipient of Post-Graduate Certification in Positive Psychology and Well-Being.
Sandra has obtained Emotional Intelligence Certification in the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360. In the fall of 2018 her next stages of certification will be complete: Health and Wellness Coach Credential, Internal Consortium for Health and Wellness Coaches (ICHWC) and the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME).
In 2016, Sandra received Executive Presence System Certification as an Associate, Corporate Class Inc., and in 2010, Professional Coaching Certification, The Coaches Training Institute.
Sandra’s academic credentials include: Honours BA, University of Toronto, double major in employee relations and sociology.
She is committed to community service and an advocate for Mental Health. Sandra is a member of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award and serves on its National Board of Directors as HR Director-at-Large. Sandra is also a mentor with FWE – Forum for Women Entrepreneurs.
