My experience in haute couture has given me a discerning eye for small details that others might not notice. From the fabrics used to the fit and tailoring of the garment, the untrained observer invariably misses key design issues. These skills, combined with my formal studies in protocol and international etiquette, have made CCI the consultant of choice for so many Fortune 500 clients.
In the 80’s, it was dress for success and in the 90’s it was dress for less stress. Dress became more casual and so did business manners. In addition, with the surge of high tech start–ups everywhere, especially for those in our industry, it seemed like total chaos. People began to hide behind their computers, and face–to–face meetings became less frequent with the use of emails. Dressing down was a new trend and employers were trying to move with the times. The absence of the usual "business uniform", combined with the growing global economy, made business manners–or their absence–more conspicuous.
Originally founded in 1981 as Image International, we made the bold decision in 2007 to change our company’s name to Corporate Class Inc. The original focus of the business was to service clients in the areas of style and colour analysis, wardrobe planning and body language. We later expanded our corporate services to include the most contemporary information in interpersonal communication and workplace skills, executive dining skills and international etiquette training.
