Marjorie Malpass

Marjorie Malpass is an actor, writer, and educator who made her professional debut at 13, in CBC TV's movie "The Private Capital". Since then, she has worked in all venues of Theatre, Radio, TV and Film. Marjorie started her comedy career at Canterbury High School of the Performing Arts in Ottawa, winning gold at the Canadian Improv Games.

Marjorie is an alumni of The Vancouver Theatre Sports League and has performed improvisation with companies around the world. Winner of "Best new stand up" with the Laff Riot Girls in Vancouver. She performed on Broadway with Axis Theatre's critically acclaimed "The Number 14", a play that has taken her throughout North America and Europe. Marjorie received her BFA from Concordia University in Montreal, is a graduate of The Canadian National Voice Intensive at UBC and is on Faculty at the Second City Training Center.

Her fun, fast paced workshops show how to increase rapport, team-build and "get to yes" with your clients and co-workers. Using her expertise in comedy to help you enhance your communication skills is an innovative way to learn how to "Get to Yes", "Network Using the Rules of Improv", "Use Humour to Connect" and "Gain Stage Presence".
