Interactive series of workshops formulated to develop Executive Presence
Fast-paced 60-90 minute sessions encourage participants to play an active role throughout the process. Diverse groups within an organization benefit from these workshops; content relevancy is customized for every session according to participants' profile: senior executives and management, fast-trackers, new recruits, etc.

THE EXECUTIVE PRESENCE SERIES
BODY LANGUAGE
Our strongest impressions are conveyed visually. Unconscious facial expressions, involuntary movements and body gestures all speak louder than words. Understanding the subtleties and nuances of body language requires training in two essential disciplines, reading signals people send and managing personal non-verbal messaging.
Participants receive training in both functions -- interpreting body language and controlling their own -- to connect, build rapport and strengthen executive presence.

WORKING A ROOM
Maximizing networking opportunities at meetings, conferences and trade shows is the nucleus of this session. Participants cover a full range of techniques to make connections and build relationships including: making an entrance, mastering the art of introduction, successful mingling and small talk, remembering names, handling food and drinks, plus, advance prep and final follow-up pointers.

BUSINESS NETWORKING WITH A TWIST
Diane Craig and Marjorie Malpass co-facilitate this expanded version of Working a Room, featuring an introduction to the rules of Improv. Participants learn the application of improvisational techniques to develop instant connections and leave lasting, positive impressions at networking events. Subjects include: quick tips to make you memorable; maximizing a personal brand; dealing with difficult social situations.

DINING ETIQUETTE
The ability and confidence to dine anywhere, with anyone, is vital in today's business world. This session is designed to increase participants' executive presence during every dining occasion, whether guest or host. Essential table manners, including flatware, wine decorum and toasting are covered, along with the challenges of dealing with difficult foods, common dining mistakes and settling the bill.

BUSINESS DRESS
Image is a powerful tool that relies on appearance, specifically dress and grooming. Projecting executive presence and the right impression improves both stature and reputation, with increased confidence as a byproduct. Participants in Business Dress learn to manage and improve their image through training to develop a heightened sense of self-awareness.

VIRTUAL COMMUNICATION
As emails, voice mails and texting replace face-to-face business encounters, productive messaging becomes critical; effective connection remains paramount, in conjunction with efficiency and speed. This session covers the application of techno-etiquette to strengthen participants' executive presence through communication and across all virtual applications: telephone, email, PDA and managing Social Media -- Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.

WORKPLACE ETIQUETTE & BOARDROOM SAVVY
Workplace or Corporate etiquette is defined as the professional conduct that sustains existing corporate culture. In this session, participants cover a range of office environment and boardroom situations to enhance executive presence including: responsibilities of both attending and chairing meetings; creating a positive impression visiting or receiving clients; building and maintaining a good reputation; the unspoken rules of work.

PRESENTATION SKILLS
The ability to present information clearly and concisely is a critical executive leadership skill. Today, business people spend significant amounts of time making presentations to divergent groups. This session focuses on the core capabilities required to both prepare and present authoritatively from impromptu talks to full-scale PowerPoint productions. Participants learn the keys to develop and deliver expert presentations: creating a compelling, focused message; persuasive pacing and authoritative delivery techniques to; responding to an audience; redirecting nervous anxiety into positive energy.

This session takes presentation skills to a higher level with training in professional theatre and television techniques. Participants become proficient in overcoming the fear of presentations, while mastering the skills required to become a powerful, influential speaker.

GETTING TO YES: Part 1
Since publication 30 years ago, the iconic book Getting to Yes has helped millions of business people access the skills required for daily negotiations. This session puts a new spin on well-founded negotiation strategies with exercises used in improvisational comedy. Participants learn to say "Yes" in acceptance of what others have to offer.

GETTING TO YES: Part 2
This session builds on the foundations of establishing good rapport and relationships to achieve a sense of inclusion and goal alignment. Using improvisational techniques, participants learn to build trust, create a team in any situation and nurture the possibilities and ideas of co-workers.

LEVITY
Humour connects people. This session uses comedic Improv training to increase effective interaction in everyday business. Participants discover how to "renew and recharge" their executive presence in order to engage easily with others and increase spontaneity levels.
