Best In The Business Of Class Workshop Series

These workshops are informative, interactive and fun!

WORKING A ROOM - Option 1 (or part I of VI)

We will show you how to make the best use of your valuable time when attending business receptions, trade shows or conferences. We are constantly being observed from the moment we make our entrance to our point of departure. Participants will gain the confidence and comfort to successfully “work” a room with ease and poise.

EMAIL AND VOICE MAIL ETIQUETTE – Option 2 (or part II of VI)

We will demonstrate and practice how to communicate professionally, and appear poised and polished – even through these electronic mediums.

WORKPLACE ETIQUETTE – Option 3 (or part III or VI)

Corporate etiquette is about behaving professionally within the context of your prevailing corporate culture. It is about knowing what your duties are when you chair or participate in a meeting, what is considered appropriate behaviour in an open office environment, how to receive a client, how to make a good impression when you visit a client and how to build and maintain a good reputation.

BODY LANGUAGE – Option 4 (or part IV of VI)

You will learn how to build rapport and connect more effectively. The ability to read other’s body language and controlling our own is a powerful communication tool. Between 55% to 93% of our message is non-verbal and many of our actions are instinctive and never lie.

BUSINESS DRESS – Option 5 (or part V of VI)

Image is a perception, an intangible quality which is difficult to define. Nevertheless, our reputation is greatly affected by the image we project. Once we understand the power of image and how to improve it, we will be more confident and more effective in our business dealings.

EXECUTIVE DINING ETIQUETTE – Option 6 (or part VI of VI)

We will review what is expected of a gracious guest and a hospitable host. We will show you the different styles of eating so that you will become familiar with an array of glassware and flatware. The ability and confidence to dine anywhere with anyone is of particular importance in business. Pointless repetition
