With 30 years of coaching expertise, we understand the importance of assessments. This groundbreaking assessment tool is unprecedented and provides comprehensive, accurate analysis. The 360 is exclusive to CCI and only available our Licensees. No other coaches have access to this unique and remarkable resource. Business professionals welcome the insightful reports produced; it delivers powerful results that engage and foster upward mobility.

16-Week Sustainability Program
Acclaimed by HR professionals for its proven contribution to their corporate training investment, the program ensures participants maintain and grow their EP training experience.
CCI initially introduced this program as an optional add-on package to 2-Day Workshops. At the conclusion of all 16 installments, participants who successfully complete the comprehensive quiz receive a Certificate of Recognition.
Corporate Licensees receive the complete 16-Week Sustainability Program, along with recommendations on effective applications.
How complicated is it to become a Corporate Licensee?
Again, simplicity is key: There’s a Two-Stage process.
Stage 1: Customization
Every organization is unique
We work with appointed staff members to determine areas of special interest. We understand it’s a prerequisite to retain your corporate culture. Our role is to distill guidelines and priorities along with both short and long-term training goals. We ensure all the materials are in concert you’re your organization’s standards before training begins. In short, we customize the Executive Presence System to suit your needs.
Stage 2: All-inclusive sessions
Select staff members from the Coaching or HR Team attend our sessions. We’re flexible about where we conduct training and work with each organization to develop a calendar that makes sense. Typically, each Program is 5-days with a follow-up 2-day Workshop.
During interactive sessions, participants learn to:
- Master their own personal Executive Presence to convey genuine expertise
- Train a diverse range of staff across all levels for every category of training from group workshops to one-on-one sessions
- Maximize potential training opportunities
Following each session, your trainers are ready to provide immediate, ongoing in-house training and coaching. All the materials trainers require are included.
