Japanese bow and the degree of bow depends on the level or status of the person to whom you are bowing. I would suggest you extend your hand for a handshake with a slight nod.

White shoes are for nurses only and that applies all year round. Bare legs in a business setting are unprofessional. Hope this helps!
 Question:
I will be out of town on business and would like to invite a good client for dinner. How do I go about choosing the appropriate restaurant - should I ask him where he would like to go?
Answer:
The burden of choice is yours. You might consider calling this person's assistant to ask what type of food he/she likes to eat and to recommend an appropriate restaurant close to his/her office. If possible, visit the restaurant yourself first.
